Without hesitation and with hardly any advance notice Shena immediately agreed to represent me at a hearing at a time i was desperate for help. This office should get a zero! They rip single mothers off and refuse to answer the phone. Pretend they care when they don’t. I asked for the remainder of my retainer back since she refused to respond to me and she said she won’t give it back because I “signed off” that I allowed her to have the money. This is extremely low. They ask for money for hardly any work done. I’m literally bawling as I type this. 😭
